As a Customer Service Representative - Carrier at Aspire Global Solutions, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' needs are met and their expectations exceeded. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the carrier industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our carrier services, offerings, and capabilities.
- Assist clients in resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Ensure client accounts are properly maintained and updated in our systems.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex client issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively reach out to clients to follow up on service quality and address any potential concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and company products to better assist clients.
- Strive to meet or exceed performance goals related to client satisfaction and issue resolution.
