Essential Job Functions

As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the following tasks:

  • Development of comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications.

  • Execution of manual tests on web-based and mobile applications to identify and document defects, issues, and areas for improvement.

  • Verifying bug fixes and ensuring the quality and functionality of software updates.

  • Collaboration with product manager and developers to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

  • Work proactively to identify potential problems and provide input on risk assessment.

  • Assist in the verification of new features and product enhancements.

  • Contribute to process improvements and quality assurance best practices.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing within web environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.

  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.

  • Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases.

  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

  • Experience in Mobile/web Application Automation Testing such as Appium, Selenium– big advantage

  • Experience in building and running SQL queries - advantage.

  • This is a Hybrid position in Herzeliya, Isarel.
