WHAT WOULD YOUR JOB LOOK LIKE?
- Participating in cooperation in setting and evaluating financial goals, maintaining the environment and tools allowing that
- Forecasting, reporting and monitoring ARTIN’s finances
- You will become part of a team that will set up guidelines and procedures and further maintain and monitor them
- You will co-operate on financial decision related to business and set up an appropriate level of cooperation to resolve them between different bodies in ARTIN, e.g. accounting, Back Office, CEO and other functions
- There is a welcome opportunity to lead one of our teams
- The work is full-time, but we believe that the most time-consuming work will be at the beginning. There will be peak and off-peak times, when the off-peak arrives, we believe you can look for other possibilities how to help out at ARTIN, whether it is financially focused or not. It will give you a ton of opportunities to spill over into other areas, gain experience, use your potential and learn more.
LET'S MEET, IF:
- you have a solid experience in financial controlling from a business perspective, including cooperation with Accounting, ideally in service type of business
- we don't usually insist on education, but the economic background is more advantageous here
- you like numbers and enjoy working with them
- you are proactive, have a progressive and flexible attitude and mindset
- you are not afraid to make a decision, to do the work but at the same time you care and you pass on your knowledge to us
- it’s also good to be at least a little people-oriented, friendly and ready to become a part of the proud Artianians
- you like the core rules and regime, but you are also a bit open-minded and flexible
- Excel and its connection to other programs/databases are your most used and most favorite tools

- having experience with project-based controlling and accounting
- have experience with big ERPs
- you would be happy to lead a team in the related area
