Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

Lead the field quality analysis team to respond to the abnormal quality in the production line and ensure the stable output of products

Based on the statistics and analysis of warranty data, promote the resolution of warranty quality problems, reduce customer complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
What you will do?

- To lead and coach QAT in the daily operation.
- 推动实施短期、长期措施，保证产品及过程稳定
- Drive for quick ICA (Interim Containment Action) and PCA (Permanent Corrective Action) in order to secure both Product & Process.
- 确保质量行动团队工作范围内对问题的正确定义和根本原因分析, 调动适当的制造、供应商、采购和ART能力参与QAT范围内的跨职能问题分析，并确保长期措施的实施。
- Secure correct definition and root cause analyses of problem within the QAT, secure that appropriate Manufacturing, Supplier, Procurement and PSS competences are involved in the cross functional concern analysis within QAT, ensure that PCA is initiated

- As part of the plant Quality, lead variability reduction linked to the overall factory targets.
