Merchandising Admin (Cole Haan) [Indonesia]


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling monthly merchandise payments to principal by creating PO at Rpro and Nav
  • Creating TO by system and sending out TO information to store teams by email
  • Liaising with WH team for deliveries
  • Handling consolidation process between stores with briefs from MD (Outslip, liaising with drivers and floor staffs, etc.)
  • Sending OH report on a daily basis to MD and ops team
  • Upload pricing on Rpro
  • Doing weekly auto replenishments by system to send out to stores

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Administration in retail industry would be a plus.
  • Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
  • Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
