*About the role*
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to hire a Content Manager.
In this role you will be primarily responsible for running the brand's Instagram account. This includes planing output for the Instagram channel, writing and editing copy for posts, and publishing engaging content.
You’ll have 2-3 years experience of working in a social media role and be experienced working in a fast paced environment and familiar with trending topics, hair and beauty industry.
Your duties
Set up and organise photoshoots - ensuring everything needed to make it successful i.e. products, models, theme execution is on hand.
Monitor social media and share new trends, ideas to the team, on a weekly basis
Build a good understanding of the business proposition, goals and challenges
Liaise with graphic designers, photographers, editors etc. to execute the brands vision across social platforms.
Own the social calendar - scheduling of all posts and weekly reporting of activity
Conduct social media analysis and feedback to the management team on a weekly basis
Create digital campaign ideas and execute campaign success during specific holidays
Lead and execute a social strategy designed to amplify convert followers to customers.
Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and enquiries.
A/B test performance marketing e.g. sponsored posts.
Seek out and manage brand influencers
Analyze metrics to measure campaign success.
