The Business Development Representative (BDR) works with prospective customers to identify sales opportunities in the assigned territory. BDR’s responsibility is to set up qualified meetings for the sales team by working with a variety of lead generation and business development tools and applications as well as with value added resellers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from College/University. Advantage to owners of degree in computer science, electronics, or engineering.
- Experience of at least 10 years in technological field in sales-oriented position – must.
- At least 3 years of working experience at VAR/VAD or technological vendor in sales-oriented position – must.
- Ability to understand technology based on provided training and be able to provide brief, simplified description of it in your own words.
- Outstanding phone communication skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls per day.
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking) and in Hebrew – a mandatory
- Basic skill level of Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Personal drive and internal motivation towards high achievement.
- Sense of humor.
