Compensation Consultant [China]


 

The consultant will be primarily in charge of the total remuneration surveys for certain industries or cities, and support on compensation or benefits related consulting projects.

Responsibilities:

Delivery survey projects on schedule by:

  • Conducting job matching
  • Collecting and verifying data from clients
  • Generating reports for clients
  • Conducting client presentations and simple training sessions
  • Other customer support as required

Establish connections with the clients’ HR/C&B managers. Build and maintain strong client relationships in the assigned client portfolio (locations/ industries) to achieve business targets.

Interpret survey findings by drawing conclusions from data collected from clients. Provide industry/location specific insights and advice to address clients’ business needs as appropriate.

As a project team member, participate in consulting projects by providing analytical support. May lead smaller consulting projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree required, major in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR) and/or accounting
  • 4 years’ experience in HR related field or 2+ years’ of consulting experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn
  • Organized and efficient
  • Commitment to high quality and timely delivery
  • Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel to different cities
