Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

1.0FTE Permanent Position

Te Whatu Ora Taranaki has a fleet of over 100 vehicles which are used by a wide range of clinical and non-clinical staff. Te Whatu Ora Taranaki employs about 2,500 staff and most of them are issued with uniforms. This role is intended to provide assistance to the Transport Coordinator.

Key areas of accountability include:

  • Transport & Uniform Assistant will provide support in; fleet utilization including the monitoring or schedules, provide back up to the drivers to allow for leave cover and peak periods, assist in the grooming & valet service of all fleet vehicles and provide leave cover for the Transport Coordinator when required
  • The Transport & Uniform Assistant will also help in the fitting and monitoring of all uniforms for Te Whatu Ora Taranaki staff.

Moū - About you

Qualifications & Experience

  • A clean full driver’s license
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Admin work that includes some planning and scheduling responsibilities
