- Undertaking material availability analyses, expediting purchasing and supply sources in order to guarantee timely availability of materials.
- Preparing and conducting Contract and Negotiations for Purchasing orders, in line with company process and procedure.
- Monitoring contractual agreements/ PO to initiate appropriate measures and guarantee suppliers performance on price, quality and delivery to meet project requirement.
- Tracing the NCR and complete the claiming.
- Checking the content of supplier invoices in order to identify differences and obtain clarification.
- Operating or supporting an active supplier management scheme by passing on information in order to obtain the best performance from suppliers.
- Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and forwarding all relevant information in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.
- Participating in working groups to inform oneself and others about the product/supplier policy and to exert influence accordingly.
- Minimum 5 years working with multinational companies with background of power plant project business, Instrument Control or Electrical commodity sourcing experience is a plus.
- International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a must.
- Experience in international working environment is a must.
- Having worked in a different country is a plus.
- Bachelor degree and above.
- Major in Engineering, Business Management or relevant.
- Good command of English speaking & writing.
- Ability to drive with cross-functional team and can-do attitude.
- Flexibility with regards to working hours, duties and travelling.
