Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our furniture shop in Dajeej, Kuwait. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their furniture selection process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right furniture products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information, answer inquiries, and offer expert advice on furniture features, materials, and styles.
- Demonstrate furniture functionality, including how to operate and care for the products.
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions by presenting available options, providing price quotations, and facilitating payment processes.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on current furniture trends, industry knowledge, and product features to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving sales targets and store objectives.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and Kuwait labor laws.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in furniture shops or a similar retail environment.
- Proficient in making bills, updating inventory, and performing basic administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and trends.
- Visa 18 (Normal) with the ability to join immediately.
Working Hours: 9 hours per day.
