As part of the HR team in Dubai the Employee Advisor will deliver first-line support and day-to-day direction to employees across the Middle East.This role directly impacts the employee’s experience as a key connecter between HR and Employees during the employee life cycle within the company and their day-to-day working life and adds value by providing exceptional support, advice, problem-solving, and escalation where needed. The Partner/Advisor team works extremely close with the business, and a firm understanding of how our business operates is key. This role is expected to spend time out with employees and be visible as well as an advocate for action.
- First point of contact for employee experience related items: employee experience, engagement, health and wellbeing and employee relations.
- Intake for employee grievances, escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up. Support HR Partners and line Managers on legalities and best practices/policies.
- Gatekeepers for internal policies and create awareness for internal people processes and people support systems and tools.
- Ensure proactive communication with employees on key updates and deliver trainings on employee experience related items.
- Pro-actively educate our employees on support available for their well-being.
- Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to drive improvements on employee experience initiatives and raising awareness to the business.
- Visit Tesla locations to conduct Roundtable/employee experience programs.
- Solid experience in local HR operations
