The Manager Order to Cash (O2C) will work in a positively challenging environment. He/She will be responsible for securing company assets by applying tight controls in the financial transactions. He/She will support key stakeholders in managing risk and ensuring optimal operating results by reducing credit risk for Sandoz in Greece.

The Manager Order to Cash (O2C) will work in a positively challenging environment. He/She will be responsible for securing company assets by applying tight controls in the financial transactions. He/She will support key stakeholders in managing risk and ensuring optimal operating results by reducing credit risk for Sandoz in Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with contract negotiations, ensuring disputes are resolved in a manner that protects Sandoz
- Maintains the highest quality Accounts Receivables, and preserves positive relationships with customers
- Drives overall risk knowledge through the organization via credit committees
- Collaborates with key stakeholders, including CFO, Customer Service, and commercial teams to mitigate and reduce credit risks
- Takes swift action when risk changes to minimize bad debt losses
- Liaises with Sandoz Global Service Centers to ensure goals are aligned and KPIs are being delivered
- Supports that all processes, policies and procedures are clearly defined, documented, and implemented in line with Sandoz standards
- Drives improvement projects to provide highly effective and efficient end-to-end processes

Minimum requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years accounting experience including 3 years in similar role, preferably within an international company in the Pharmaceutical industry
- University degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or Finance; MBA or MSc in Finance will be an asset
- Good ERP (SAP) knowledge
- Fluency in English & Greek, both in oral and written communications
- Established business partnering skills with willingness to go beyond role boundaries
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence beyond finance community and to drive stakeholder management in a changing environment
- Analytical mindset and ability to understand situations, interdependencies, and challenges in a holistic way
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national and complex matrix organization
- Talent to operate in fast pace organization with high degree of accountability & impact
- MS Excel & PowerPoint skills and good technical understanding of finance management systems
