About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to oversee Marketing efforts focussing on our social media and digital Marketing reporting into our Senior Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of social media organic content - filming at our various stores, editing and curating content as per the content pillars.
- Creation of Meta / Tik Tok ADS with help from our designer and publishing ad campaigns.
- Scheduling and publishing organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Creating engaging content Food porn videos / reels
- Compiling / reporting monthly organic and paid social media reporting - discussing insights and recommendations with the Marketing team
- Manage community responses - social & other platforms
- Helping manage Google Business Profiles, website
- Being a digital Wiz - responsible for Helping CRM efforts - e-mail and SMS marketing through our CRM platform - Hubspot / Sprout or others.
- Reporting insights from CRM on our customer database, sales, transactions etc
- Assist Marketing team in daily Marketing campaigns and Brand initiatives - writing briefs, managing vendors, agencies, reports
- Collecting invoices, reconciling with the Marketing manager ensuring it is as per the budget.
- Initiate and coordinate target media and influential food bloggers' interest in P’Nut Street Noodles.
- Coordinate with all stores to ensure Local Area Marketing initiatives are implemented with accordance to the insights / brief aligned with the Marketing manager
Skills / experience required:
- Minimum 3+ years experience working with social media platforms for business - organic and paid / Marketing role
- Minimum 2 years working experience in CRM software's - HubSpot or similar running e-mails, SMS etc
- Innovator, creative and out of the box thinking
- Expertise in running paid social campaigns using insights
- Ability to drive in and around Sydney
- Ability to write and create compelling social content
- Photography / videography skills - basic design skills in Canva, Illustrator etc
- Ability to produce digital reports with insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with managing agencies, writing briefs.
- Food experience and/or passionate about food is an advantage
- Multitasking abilities, ability to work under pressure and managing tight deadlines.

- Fluency in English
