Sales Development Representative - Benelux [Sweden]

What You'll Do:

Partnering closely with your Account Executive, the job today is about top of the funnel sales activities. Your main goal is to focus on outbound prospecting to our ideal customer profiles via multiple touch points sales sequencing. That includes a sequence of emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, Videos etc.


In this role, you will:

  • Increase Sales Pipeline: Proactively generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline in the Benelux region.
  • Outreach: Execute strategic outreach to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to match our ICP as sales opportunities in the Benelux region.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for the Benelux market.
  • CRM Management: Regularly update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with detailed notes and follow-up actions.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on interactions with prospects and market trends.
  • Customized Communication: Tailor communication strategies to align with the unique cultural and business nuances of Netherlands.
  • Training and Development: Continuously seek personal and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales.

  • Communication and Engagement Skills:
    Great Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of the product or service.
    Multichannel Proficiency: Comfortable using phone, emails, and social media when communicating with potential customers.
    Client Engagement: Ability to identify and engage potential clients, with an aptitude for researching and understanding customer needs.
  • Persistence and Collaboration:
    Persistence and Resilience: Determination to pursue leads and overcome rejections, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
    Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments, such as marketing and your account executives.
  • Performance and Technical Skills:
    Results-Driven: Focused on achieving and exceeding set sales targets and performance metrics.
    Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI tools, especially ChatGPT, and an AI-positive approach.
  • Language and Industry Experience:
    Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
    Industry Experience: Experience working in the HR Tech or SaaS industry is a plus.
