Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Specialist at Oxygen Media Official, you will play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with potential customers or clients who have a genuine interest in our products or services. You will be responsible for researching, targeting, and engaging with prospective leads through various channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential leads and target markets through various online resources, databases, and tools.
2. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential customers, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and more.
3. Qualify and evaluate leads to ensure they meet our criteria for potential customers or clients.
4. Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and fine-tune lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
6. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges in lead generation.
8. Provide regular feedback to management on lead quality, quantity, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Should have a complete knowledge of social media platforms, Facebook, Instagaram and Linkedin.
