The primary responsibility and requirement as Fleet Call Center Supervisor :
- Able to Joining Immediately
- Min. 10 years experiences in the same field
- Fluent ARABIC Mandatory
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation management, or a related field is often preferred.
- Relevant experience in call center management, fleet management, or the transportation industry is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as Certified Call Center Manager (CCCM) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) can enhance the candidate's credentials.
- To oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center.
- Managing and supervising call center agents, monitoring call volumes, and ensuring that service level agreements are met.
- Responsible for developing and implementing call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Involved in training new agents, conducting performance evaluations, and handling escalated customer issues
