Fleet Call Center Supervisor for Transportation [United Arab Emirates]


 

The primary responsibility and requirement as Fleet Call Center Supervisor :

  • Able to Joining Immediately
  • Min. 10 years experiences in the same field
  • Fluent ARABIC Mandatory
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation management, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Relevant experience in call center management, fleet management, or the transportation industry is highly desirable.
  • Certifications such as Certified Call Center Manager (CCCM) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) can enhance the candidate's credentials.
  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center.
  • Managing and supervising call center agents, monitoring call volumes, and ensuring that service level agreements are met.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Involved in training new agents, conducting performance evaluations, and handling escalated customer issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
