What
is “VIE”?
The VIE is an international program for young professionals
between the age of 18 and 28 who are
European Union nationals who can work in another country rather than their Hometown. So,
the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.
Where
is the VIE Position
In our Denmark SE plant (Ringsted), you will work with five engineers and report to the CS & Q manager. You will work on the manufacturing site with switches, sockets outlets and data connectors as core business.
What
is the Position?
You will be
Quality Assurance Engineer and take any necessary actions
to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.
As such, you will define and specify activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product. You will build and maintain the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products.
You will also
audit, monitor, and determine the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards and then
report and troubleshoot manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.
Which missions will you lead?
- Ensure that the requirements for the quality control of products and processes are following our quality control plan, and that we have the means to mitigate any quality issues
- Identify non-quality factors continuously, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement plans.
- Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions.
- Solve quality manufacturing issues affecting customers quickly and effectively through containment, correction, and prevention steps.
- Make sure that workers are adequately trained and follow quality instructions
- Follow up on KPIs during daily Performance board meetings and animate/conduct systematic problem solving in the production/assembly process
- Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that a product or service will satisfy given contractual/explicit customer requirements.
- Make audits and analyze results as specified by quality systems and methods.
- Convey our quality results to the production teams. This includes reject rates, nonconformities, suggesting continuous quality improvements, and developing both existing and new products
- Take part of the digital transformation by animating and driving projects linked to digitalization of tools or processes.
What are the qualifications

Education:
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Professional English
Work experience:
- 1 - 2 years’ experience (internship or apprenticeship)
