Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Quality Specialist will draw the framework of Talent Acquisition Audit for reviewing candidate and job level KPIs. This will include providing feedback on the compliance metrics.

  • Ensuring Quality control procedures on every stage of recruiting and onboarding
  • Communicate feedback through channel (Verbal and written) to the team/group of end users or hiring managers.
  • Develop prioritizing tasks across multiple projects and can think through problems and come up with innovation Quality solutions that best fit the success against stringent deadlines.
  • Demonstrate Consultative approach by effective communication, relationship building with stakeholders and senior leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, including background checks, fingerprinting, drug tests, etc., to make sure that new hires are onboarded compliantly
  • Manage onboarding, candidates, and requisition conflicts; and escalate appropriately to stakeholders
  • Identify common onboarding problems and work along with the internal support team
  • Extract information from the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters), business intelligence and other Talent Acquisition Systems, collect data, organize, and analyze

Qualifications


Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, Onboarding Specialist or in relevant HR / Talent Acquisition role
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Strong process-orientation, detail-orientation, and accuracy
  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to build solid relationships with a wide range of personalities and skill levels
  • Strong organization, time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Ability to rise to a challenge - remain flexible, communicate openly regarding obstacles, and develop creative strategies to overcome those obstacles
  • This will be a work-from-home job opportunity
  • Knowledgeable of auditing/editing methods and practices
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, including spelling and punctuation
  • Experience in supporting teams both locally and virtually
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and in teams oriented with collaborative environment
  • A self-learner who can work without supervision, process-oriented

Preferred:

  • Shared business services experience with a mix of growing responsibilities in process analysis, BI & Analytics, and process improvement; experience with SQL
  • Experience conducting root cause and failure mode analysis and applying systemic thinking to correlate information from different sources
  • Knowledge about principles of data modelling, ETL techniques and data warehousing
