Responsibility

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the position in key of Local Modern Customers
  • Researching and analyzing sales options, trends, market activities, and competitors & building long term relationship with the customers
  • Plan and control of budget spending to achieve the target & managing team.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area by maintaining and increasing sales of all products
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding area customer base by servicing the needs of existing accounts
  • Direct training session with account frontliner to increase frontliner product knowledge capabilities
  • Monitor and analyze performance SPG and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University
  • A Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in handled Modern Trade channels
  • Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products
  • Excellent communication and writing skill both in English & Bahasa
  • Excellent interpersonal skill,with ability to work independently or in a team
  • Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill
