岗位职责：
- 负责研发机构的财务工作，包括成本中心和利润中心的控制，预算和预测，HC计划，小时费率计算，HNTE项目，研发责任领域的计划与实际差异分析，监测不同法律实体和地点的研发投资，并提供运动控制事业部中国研发活动的整体分析。
- 管理月末结算流程，确保所有财务报告在规定的期限内准确生成，确保所有账目符合公司和财务标准。
- 通过在BI解决方案（如Qlik、Mendix、Uipath、KNIME等）中开发和可视化财务报告来推动数字化转型，并确保当前PSP要素、生产力和资源报告、PUMA和其他报告的质量。
- 与国内外同行建立伙伴关系，以积极主动的态度推动研发业务，例如同中国和德国的研发团队、德国的TPA FIN团队、MC工厂等团队合作。
- 为技术同事组织财务知识培训，以更深入地理解研发的商业和控制概念。
- 承担部门经理要求的其他任务。
任职要求：
- 持有大学/硕士学位，主修财务、会计和研发业务。
- 在研发控制领域有至少5年的工作经验，最好是在跨国公司或在国外工作过。
- 具备数字化和商业智能工具（如Qlik）方面的经验，这将是一个优势。
- 具备以结果为导向的团队精神，对质量、效率和可靠性有较高的要求，对学习有热情。

DI MC Asia Pacific Headquarters (DI MC AP) will integrate product R&D, product lifecycle management, manufacturing, sales services, industry technology centers and talent training, covering China, India, Korea, Japen, Southeast Asia, Australia and other countries and regions.
You create impact by: (responsibilities)
- Leading and overseeing the finance function of the R&D organization, which involves cost center and profit center controlling, budgeting and forecasting, HC planning, hourly rate calculation, HNTE topics, plan vs actual variance analysis for the area of R&D responsibility, monitoring R&D investments of different legal entities and locations and providing overall analysis of MC China R&D activities.
- Managing the month-end closing process to ensure all financial reports are generated accurately and within the specified deadlines, ensuring that all bookings adhere to company and finance standards.
- Driving digital transformation by developing and visualizing financial reporting in a BI solution (like Qlik, Mendix, Uipath, KNIME etc.), and ensuring the quality of current PSP Elements, Productivity and Resource Report, PUMA, and other reports.
- Building partnerships with national and international counterparts to drive R&D topics with a proactive attitude, such as R&D teams in China and Germany, TPA FIN team in Germany, MC factories, etc.
- Organizing financial knowledge training for technical colleagues to understand R&D commercial and controlling concepts more deeply.
- Undertaking other assignments as requested by the line manager.
You will convince us if: (qualifications)
- Hold a university/master's degree with a major in finance, accounting, and R&D operations.
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in the R&D controlling area, preferably in a multinational company or worked abroad.
- Possess experience in digitalization and business intelligence tools like Qlik, which would be a plus.
- Be a result-oriented team player with a high level of quality, efficiency, and reliability and a passion for learning.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Be driven by problem-solving, deep diving, and analytical thinking while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
