In our Transaction Strategy & Execution team you’ll work with clients on integrations, carve-outs, and other types of transaction engagements. You’ll work across all functions of the business and, during the implementation phase, touch areas of the whole organisation.
- Apply your project execution skills, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation
- Analyse and evaluate operating models and financial information
- Develop effective client relationships at the appropriate client level and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products
