Job Description
The Key responsibilities for the Senior Examinations officer-
- Ensuring all preparation of examination materials are sorted prior the exams.
- setting out examinations to ensure that candidates, Providers, examiners are kept informed regarding policies, procedures and schedules of work.
- The role-holder will liaise with training providers on any issues relating to the exams.
- Manage first-level queries, concerns, complaints and reasonable adjustments relating to the exam sitting.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior Examinations officer-
- Significant examinations or assessment experience, including supporting examination boards and committees
- Organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadline
- Flexibility and Adaptability - ability to respond positively to changing circumstances
