As Clinical Resource Consultant, you would be leading E2E connected Medication Management (CMM) vision for MMS in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, all while adhering to quality and service standards to support operational goals.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to establish organizational goals, strategic plans, and objectives.

  • Provide sales consultation and workflow analysis of existing processes within the medication management and supply chain systems.

  • Identify current areas of inefficiencies, patient/provider safety concerns, revenue augmentation, cost reduction, regulatory non-compliance, and drug diversion opportunities.

  • Perform workflow redesign with practice change recommendations and accompanying BD solutions to facilitate the achievement of industry-standard processes and customer strategic goals.

  • Function as the voice of the Customer.

  • Apply up-to-date healthcare industry knowledge to provide clinical input for new product development and software enhancements.

  • Develop Kingdom Strategy aligned with the Customer's priorities.

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely completion.

  • Recognize and reward outstanding work performance to cultivate positive and collaborative customer service culture.

  • Support the sales team, answering customer inquiries with superior product knowledge. Utilize reports to analyze and impact business trends for establishment.

  • Generate sales reports for management and analyzed sales trends.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and loyalty. Train new employees on company policies and strong sales techniques.

  • Generate leads and located opportunities for market expansion and business growth. Monitor competitor trends and market shifts to maintain company relevance. Forecast sales numbers to gauge product and campaign success.

About you

  • 2/3 years’ experience in a similar Clinical or Commercial role, multinational background a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, nursing or similar scientific role.

  • Great communication and presentation skills, ability to educate and support customers on the product and address their needs and concerns.

  • Excellent team player, being able to work in a cross-functional setting.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
