What will you do
The scope of key responsibilities includes:
- Be an expert in development and management process for all trade activities, as well as, monitor and track end-to end process for trade activities ensuring smooth roll out in GT market
- Develop trade marketing strategy to achieve company objectives and define 4P strategy and tactics by shop types of General trade environment
- Establish objectives and KPIs for all brands and retail environments and ensure tracking mechanisms are in place and utilized to build strong coverage and market shares
- Build "go to market" plans for each initiative, identify new product KPIs and specific plans to protect base business in General Trade by Shop Type
- Optimize resources and leverage trade spending and ensure fair and equitable resource allocation between customers
- Lead the development of a cross-functional strategic category vision from the perspective of the Consumer, Shopper, Retailer and Company in General Trade
- Implementation of trade marketing promotional guideline based on channel strategy integrated with brand strategy.
What we are looking for
Essential knowledge and skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or any related field
- Excellent negotiation & communication skill
- Well organized and good in planning
- Result oriented and proactive
- Entrepreneurial understanding
- Strategic thinker
- Good interpersonal skill, open minded, energetic and proactive
- Confident, competitive, yet a team player
- Goal oriented and self motivated
- Ability to work independently, but within a team environment
- Good command of both English & Thai in speaking, reading, and writing
- Computer proficiency (MS words, excel, PowerPoint)
