Must have knowledge and able to work on Quickbook Online and Quickbook Desktop
Good command on accounting principles
Maintain and Update practice company data using practice management software.
Must have a working understanding of the accounting cycle as per international accounting standards.
Must be able to review financial statements and understand data contained within.
Must be fluent in English both verbally and in written.
Ability to handle the complete accounting cycle from setting up chart of accounts through to processing transactions, bank reconciliations and preparing management reports.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately and meet monthly deadlines.
Ability to problem solves and works independently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Preparation and finalization of annually financial statement.
Maintain accounting records (invoices, expenses, purchases, payments, accruals, provisions, etc) in the Accounting Software.
Analyze, review, and audits overall general ledger and expense payable systems.
Processing and e-filling of annually Income Tax Return, Wealth Statement and annually W/H Tax Statements.
Processing and e-filling of monthly Sindh Sales Tax Return.
Monthly comparative Expenses/Revenue analysis report for management information.
Administering accounts payable / receivable function.
Projects Costing & Estimation.
Monthly reporting: cash flow, financial statements and expense analysis.
Conduct month-end and year-end close process.
Preparing budget and financial forecasts.
Master’s level degree in accounting required.
ACCA certified or candidate with majority of the exams completed.
Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience in public accounting or mid-large corporation required.
