WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be based in Pusat Rehabilitasi PERKESO Tun Abdul Razak, Ayer Keroh Melaka and be part of the dynamic team as a Customer Service Officer that provides support and services to our patients. WHAT YOU’LL DO In this role, you are responsible for providing front desk services to our patients, act as an information source on various matters, have tremendous patience when dealing with patients and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise. Customer Service Officer Responsibilities: Greeting patients upon arrival and making them feel welcomed. Matters relating to registration. Providing front desk services to patients. Being a source of information to patients on various matters. Accommodating general and unique requests. Diffusing conflict or tense situations with clients. Provide buggy service to facilitate the movement of patients in our centre Escort patients to hospitals or clinics for scheduled medical appointments Escort patients from various locations in Peninsular Malaysia to our centre Requirements: Certificate or diploma in hospitality advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Willingness to go the extra mile to improve customer experience Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay language verbal communication skills advantageous Good time management and organizational skills. Conflict resolution experience. Patience and good listening skills. MINIMUM BASIC SALARY RM1500
