For this role, you will be assigned at the Kuala Lumpur International Airports (KLIA and KLIA 2). This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom and stores’ daily operations and sales at Kuala Lumpur International Airports (KLIA and KLIA 2)
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to ensure their active engagement in achieving the company's objectives.
- Identify and address any arising issues, while demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
- This position is open to individuals who have 3 years of retail sales experience or have held roles as Assistant Store Managers or above, depending on their prior work experience.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Other skills: Time management, people skills and problem solving skills.

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
