We are currently looking for young, Energetic, Dynamic & experienced candidate to join the Food & Beverages Department.
Main responsibilities:
· Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
· Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard service procedures.
· Supervise efficient upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment and devices.
· Analyze all guest requirements and prepare plans resolve customer care related issues and satisfy guests.
· To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag ensuring a professional appearance & grooming standards with a respectable proper attitude.
· Monitor and ensure optimal cleanliness, sanitation for all growth oriented organizational projects.
· To be aware of all VIPs visiting or staying in the hotel.
· Maintain the cleanness of the work place, front and back areas at all times.
· Assist all room service staff members to work properly and provide maximum facilities to guests to outlet.
· Monitor all phone calls to room service department to ensure timely resolution for same.
· Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
· Follow all safety policies
. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in English (verbal and written), second language an asset
· Previous customer related experience preferred
· Previous Opera experience an asset
· Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset
· Must be able to type 25 words per minute
· Must possess a professional presentation
· Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
· Highly responsible & reliable
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
· Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Requirements:
· Hotel Experience only Apply
· Nature and length of previous experience: 0-2 years of experience in similar field
· Specialist knowledge: Proficiency in MS office
· Language Fluency: English, Arabic
· Current Location: Bahrain Only apply
