Duties:

  • Engage with customers in various face to face channels
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize data entry skills to input and update customer information in the system

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques is an advantage
