Your responsibilities
- You develop solutions in a very dynamic environment between different cultures and mindsets in the context of a Joint Venture
- You understand process descriptions and review detailed processes
- You implement an structure for technical information sharing, ensuring quality of the documentation
- You contribute in daily meetings, taking minutes and follow up on tasks and deadlines
- You monitor and create timelines for new Model Launches
- You schedule meetings, based on deadlines and current topics
- You prepare Power Point presentations and Excel overviews
- You follow up and document status of project tasks
What you bring along
- You have a University degree in Engineering
- You have Automotive Understanding, preferably also of electrical vehicles
- You have knowledge and understanding of customer dedication
- You have good IT skills
- Project experience is an asset
- You are Self-driven and have a out-of-the-box working way
- You have excellent organization skills (ability to manage multiple tasks)
- You have a strong commitment and positive work ethic in order to deliver results within tight deadlines
- Very good English skills, ideally also fluent in a Non-German European language
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing routine reports and correspondence
