General Summary
Responsible for managing a sales and service team tasked with delivering personal customer service and cleaning and sanitation solutions to existing customers, as well as prospective customers, in Korea.
Key Accountabilities
- Accountable for the achievement of sales, expense and profit targets for assigned area, as defined by regional plan.
- Responsible for recruiting, training and supervising Business Development Managers, Field Service Managers, and Field Service Representatives.
- Maintain quality relationships with current corporate accounts while simultaneously growing new customer pipeline to achieve annual sales and operating income targets.
- Preparation of extensive documentation for presentation of quarterly and annual business reviews to key account corporate offices within the area.
- Effectively coordinate rollouts of products, trials, surveys, new chains, contract negotiation and execution, price adjustment, equipment installation, etc.
- Prepare short –and long-term strategies for the development of new business.
- Effectively manage reporting of new business opportunities and meet or exceed expectations for prospect calls.
- Work with the sales of other divisions to optimize Ecolab penetration within new business contacts.
- Build and maintain alliances with key distributors, ensuring inventory is consistent with forecasted customer needs.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of management, including customer headquarters, distributor channels, and internal Ecolab organization.
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of ALL accounts SOPs and strong relationships with personnel and key management in the accounts.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, other divisions and Regional Managers to identify proper product portfolio within the assigned area.
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- At least 5 years of experience in extensive business to business sales.
- Professional experience of coordinating, supervising and /or training a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Strong relationship management capability with outstanding consulting skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results & process a strong competitive desire to become a top performer.
- MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint).
- Business English skill
Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in food service, hospitality or grocery environment.
