Job Description:
The role will lead the deployment of our brand activation campaigns on market level (BE) for the Mars-Wrigley category.

- Deploying disruptive & impactful brand activation execution in the market (Belgium)
- Managing & optimizing important CP brand investments budgets
- Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders (external & internal)
- Pro-actively recommending how to do better
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead, Develop, and execute the national brand activity plan at market level across EBAs (Display, Customer tools, Brand assets, ...)
- Responsible to set and manage the Consumer Promo - & Display budget per customer based on ROI insights, and manage its governance.
- Collaborate with internal (sales, region, portfolio, srm, supply) and external (customers, agencies, third parties) stakeholders to organize ensure a perfect deployment & execution of our brand activations.
- Analyse, Learn, and recommend improvements’ opportunities (next Quarter/Y+1 plan) based on quantitative and qualitative insights (external & internal)
