SALES & MARKETING MANAGER [Malaysia]


 

RESPONSIBILITY:-

To develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.

To identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy/campaigns based on knowledge of Company objectives, market characteristics, and trends as well as cost and mark-up factors.

To explore strategies for enhancing existing products and services, and improving profitability.

To negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies for optimal profitability.

To formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working closely with advertising, COO, Director, and Managing Director.

To analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.

REQUIREMENT:-

Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

Good spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Budget-management skills and proficiency.

Strong analytical skills. Problem-solving and negotiation skills and IT literate.

Staff supervision and development as well as leadership skills.

Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

  • Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bahasa (Preferred)
