Remote Position Marketing Associate Role
About Us:
Fitlov is a fitness & wellness start-up that has been in the market for 3-4 years in United Arab Emirates. For consumers, Fitlov app is a marketplace to find and book fitness & wellness professionals on-demand (personal trainers, massage therapists, nutritionists, etc). For professionals, Fitlov app is an all-in-one solution to set-up and grow their business (booking system, CRM, payment gateway). Fitlov currently have 14 employees and has secured important institutional investors backing up our startup.
About the Role
Fitlov is looking for Marketing Associate that supports the development and execution of all growth initiatives. He/she has the overall responsibility to implement long term vision and cooperate closely with the Marketing Manager and relevant stakeholders to drive sales growth and reach set objectives.
We are looking for someone dynamic, experienced, and committed to grow in a rising startup.
What You Will Do:
× Develop and manage marketing automation workflows using Zoho to optimize communication and engagement with potential and existing customers
× Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that engages our target audience and ranks well in search engine results.
× Collaborate with the content team to create compelling blog posts, website content, and other materials that align with our brand voice and messaging
× Monitor and evaluate the performance of Google Ads campaigns, tracking key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
× Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing Fitlov's products and services.
× Assist in the creation of impactful and engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and infographics.
Who You Are:
× At least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing role with deep knowledge of digital marketing
×. Strong understanding of Zoho automation tools and CRM systems.
×. Understanding of WordPress
× Hands on experience with key digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, etc.
× Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation abilities
× Possesses excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
× Growth hacking experience is a plus
× Experience in fitness & wellness or tech startup is a big plus
