Boeing Poland is looking for International Trip Planer (Flight Operations) to join the team located in Gdansk, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs international trip planning, customs, flight following and customer communication for multiple customers within business, government and commercial aviation in a 24x7 environment.
  • Coordinates interactions with ground and air-based aviation customers during all phases of planning and operations.
  • Creates and disseminates complex flight plans and weather information.
  • Relays flight sensitive and critical information.
  • Provides logistical assistance to flight departments and flight crew.
  • Liaises with multiple airport functions and personnel to ensure aircraft ground support.
  • Monitors trip planning services tasks and ensures that tasks are updated accurately.

Requirements:

Basic qualifications:

  • Relevant working experience 1-3 years
  • English (fluency in verbal and in writing)
  • Ability to work a rotated day shifts.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Polish language would be a plus
  • Experience with Flight Planning
  • Dispatch license, Pilots license, Instrument rating, or other Aviation certifications

Required skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to project a positive customer interface at all times
  • Capable of analyzing and making sound business judgements
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Relocation: This position does NOT offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
