The Merrion, one of Dublin’s finest luxury hotels, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, and now a certified Great Place to Work is recruiting for a full time Waiting Person to join our professional and friendly Food & Beverage Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming team you will create Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:
- Working as part of one of our teams in the Garden Room Restaurant, our Drawing Rooms, Private Dining or Room Service departments
- Offering a friendly and efficient food and drink service to our guests
- Having an excellent knowledge of menu items and answering guest questions to standard
- Having an efficient understanding and working knowledge of MICROS ( training is provided)
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the workplace
Hours of work are 8 per day, early or late shifts and work days include weekdays and weekends ( up to 5 out of 7 days per week).
