Your day to day:
The role is responsible for the end-to-end analysis and initialization of the requirements and activities necessary for the development and improvement of software products and plays a very important part in the delivery of services and in ensuring increased satisfaction for business customers. The role initiates, analyzes, develops and captures the development requirements of the business software products working in collaboration with the Product Managers, the Development teams and the rest of the parties involved to ensure the real purpose of delivering all the business requirements. As part of the improvement culture, the role of BA will be constantly involved in activities to make the tasks more efficient.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Collecting from the client and formalizing the business requirements regarding the development/modification of the software
- Discusses and validates the business requirements with the other teams involved in the development of the software and business product
- Responsible for the analysis, planning, monitoring of implementation activities related to previously defined specifications (for software and business solutions in the area of Cyber Security), according to the agreed traceability matrix
- Responsible for the qualitative and timely delivery of business requirements (both through Agile and Waterfall methodologies), ensuring high satisfaction of business clients
- Coordination of traceability during the development of the projects, ensuring compliance with the business requirements agreed with the client, identifying and implementing measures to reduce the impact of risks and the constant improvement of the processes and tools used in business analysis.
- Analyzing the data of the developed applications and defining the corresponding processes;
- Facilitation of trainings, workshops with all parties impacted by the launch or modification of SW tools

• Experience in New Product Development• Experience in IT methodology or in a process model (eg ITIl) (represents a plus)• Fluent English• Communication skills• Flexible
