JOB PURPOSE
  • To support business development team in discovery, solution design and demonstrating the business value of a Managed Services partnership.
  • Key activities include leading discovery sessions and business process assessments, RFP and proposal creation, spend assessments as well as leading technology demonstrations with current and prospective clients.
  • Responsible for Healthcare vertical related technology discovery and business application.
  • Responsible for Healthcare business resources assessment and optimization.
  • Ensure external customer and network requirements met and satisfied
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Assess, design, and demonstrate business solutions for customers addressing supply chain challenges with optimized and efficient method and technology
  • Provide support on RFP creation and responses for sales opportunities
  • Perform complete end to end technology demonstrations during the sales process
  • Create high-level current to future business processing resource maps with gap analysis documentation
  • Facilitate handoff of business prospect model from Business Development team to the Implementation Services team
  • Participate in regular sales pipeline planning and review, and strategy sessions with FO and Implementation teams
  • Work closely with network to keep alignment and updated in technology part
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement and customer centric delivery
  • Demonstrate industry knowledge, trends and competitive information
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS
MAJOR CHALLENGES
  • A widely sufficient of knowledge and experience in cold chain end to end solution including freight, packaging, handling, which all should be utilized in designing excellent proposal for clients and granted business.

Requirements

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Deep understanding in pharma product cold chain and customer solution.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within international freight forwarding.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sale and/or consulting environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Possess good communication and presentation skill.
  • Business writing skills to facilitate proposals, RFIs/RFPs and business presentations
  • Open minded, flexible and able to deliver under pressure
  • Team player and English.
