Producer (Video Production) | Work From Office (WFO) | Angeles
The producer is the initial contact for the project. They talk with the client to arrange the high-level goals and expectations. It’s their responsibility to assemble the production team. The producer is essentially the team leader and is responsible for managing the production. The producer usually stays involved throughout the project lifecycle: pre-production, production, and post-production. The producer develops the project from the initial idea, makes sure the script is finalized, arranges the financing, and manages the production team that makes the video.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the director to bring on key creative partners such as a writer, a director of photography, a production designer, casting agents, etc.
- Offer advice and sign off on all major creative decisions.
- Manage all logistics and business aspects of the production..
- Supervise all aspects of physical production through the production staff.
- Make sure a production is on schedule and under budget.

Qualifications And Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of Mass/Broadcast Communication, AB Communication, or any related course
- Actual industry practice/experience
- Should be able to manage multiple projects
- Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
- Can handle high-pressure situations
- Has excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be strategic with strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Team player, creative, and can work within tight deadlines
- Has excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
