Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
Devise innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Requirements:
- HND or BSc in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven work experience
- Proven working experience in marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable branding experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design& development
- Knowledge of brand marketing and a good understanding of Market branding channels.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English and the 2 major languages of Nigeria will be added advantage
