As the scale and complexity of Deliveroo grows, we're looking for a project administrator to join our expanding Commercial Operations team. This is a growing team, who are on a mission to create a centre for our Account Managers. You'll work with our Account Management teams, and central functions such as the Rx Department, Product & Tech.

We're looking for a Project Administrator who will report into the Senior Associate for GTM Coordination and will work with the Commercial & Product teams to assist with project execution. You'll provide operational and administrative support for the Commercial Operations team, working on projects across GTM, B2B Comms, Reporting & Analytics, L&D and Marketing Operations.
What you'll do
- Administrative support for our Account Managers, including onboarding new sites for our National Accounts team and ad hoc task management.
- Support with optimising processes such as testing new sales technology
- Help coordinate launches to ensure they follow the process and standards defined in our GTM guides
- Provide support across the GTM functions, including the administration & maintenance of our GTM playbooks and trackers.
- Help coordinate team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
- Project Management: someone with the ability to manage and progress multiple projects simultaneously involving multiple stakeholders across both Commercial and other Deliveroo functions.
- Communication & Influence: Collaborate across many teams and partner groups.
- Problem Solving: Has an appetite for simplifying and optimising processes based on customer feedback and senior stakeholders recommendations.
- Team Development and Community-Building: A team player who collaborates and can resolve areas of misalignment or conflict between teams. Find opportunities to build a sense of community.
