- Position Title: Operations Executive
- Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
- Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 8 AM-5 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising warehouse/bagging operations, including deployment of operators and equipment and inventory management
- Manage daily operations and ad hoc requests and requirements from customers
- Fully support all process improvement works/projects – automation, digitalization & engineering/technical operations related
- Handle all productivity/monthly/ad-hoc reporting, internally and externally
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health requirements
- Look for and work on continuous improvement of productivity

- Minimum Diploma in Engineering – Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
- About 5 years’ relevant experience in an industrial environment with exposure in logistics/warehousing management – inventory management, material reconciliation & process improvement.
- Strong in managing teams & optimisation skills
- Great problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator and IT savvy
- Possess a valid forklift license, preferred
