Job Responsibilities:
1. Reports to Plant Operations Manager as Immediate Superior.
2. Receives training and performs duties in several sections of Production department.
3. Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
4. Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
5. Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
6. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
7. Carry out functions as required and does other related tasks that are assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dasmariñas, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
