Intern - Administration and Employee Experience [Poland]


 
Local Unit & Position Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Digital Solution team in Gdynia as an Administration and Employee Experience Intern. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient processes within our organization. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to shape and enhance employee engagement.

As an Administration and Employee Experience Intern, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to various departments while working with them to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work culture and drive employee retention.

Key responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
  • Support managers and employees with general administrative duties.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Employee Experience
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to create and execute initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction levels like team-building activities, employee engagement and appreciation events.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including interview scheduling, and new hire orientation.
Qualifications:
  • Active student status
  • Some experience in administrative support tasks and event organisation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite software.
  • Very good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies, best practices, and trends is a plus.
This is a time-limited role: until February 2024
