Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an ambitious new talent to join our company as Officer Manager as employee or on an interim basis. Your tasks will include:
- Office management
- Keeping the office tidy, organising lunch and welcoming guests;
- Organising (team) meetings, travel, events and accommodation;
- Be the first point of contact for service companies and facility maintenance;
- Managing stock of office supplies, food and drinks.
- Administration / HR
- Supporting role in administration (e.g., billing);
- Supporting role in recruitment.
- Management support
- Calendar management for Management meetings;
- Taking minutes for Management and Supervisory Board meetings
Ideal Profile:
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant;
- Enjoys organizing and managing an office;
- Is comfortable working in a young team;
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (both oral and written) is a pre-requisite.
Nice to Have:
- Affinity with sustainability;
- A background in Economics, Finance, Law or Hospitality;
- Speaks another European language
