MUST HAVE A Great personality - Outgoing , must be comfortable talking to different type of people. Can join Immediately.
* Has Dental Insurance Experience
* Extremely organized and a fast learner
* With Customer Service background and Sales ( Not Supermarket sales but tele sales ) is a huge advantage in this role
* Booking patients - First and most important target book patients , through calls , recalls ,reminders , emails , walk in etc -Complete data entry tasks .
Follow up with new and existing patients through recalls .
* Excellent phone and in-person communication skills - must be comfortable talking to different type of people.
* Organization, time management and multitasking abilities. - Practice efficient time management
* An understanding of dental office procedures and workflow.
* Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Excel Sheet - Knowledge using Microsoft is a must
