JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Overseeing and assessing customer service staff's activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.

2. Strategizing, monitoring, and executing the daily activities of Sales & Customer Service operations.

3. Responsible for sales conversion and customer satisfaction.

4. Assisting Sales & Customer Service staff with duties when required.

5. Training staff in the areas of customer service and company policies.

6. Investigating and solving customer service complaints.

7. Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies and explaining these to staff and customers.

8. Maintaining documentation pertaining to Sales & Customer Service department activities.

9. Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.

10.Prepares Weekly/Monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service team’s performance.

11.Completing tasks assigned by the manager accurately and efficiently. Supporting manager as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Degree holder in related field or minimum Diploma.

2. 1 – 2 years of customer service experience or related field.

3. Respond to email and live chat timely, handle customer inquiries over WA.

4. Strive to meet individual and team KPIs and goals.

5. Extensive usage of CRM or ERP system.

6. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both written and verbal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
